The judge agreed and awarded this deserving man benefits he needs to survive. After paying for the benefits his entire working life, the client will collect over $200,000 plus medical insurance to pay for his ongoing care. He worked hard and paid for these benefits each pay period with the understanding that if he ever needed it the benefits would be there.
