What You Will Do
You will serve as a welcoming presence for all who call and enter our law firm.
You will be taking calls from prospective clients, current clients, local and federal courts, and other attorneys and determining how to best help them.
You will welcome clients, manage their initial intake process, support attorneys and case managers with administrative tasks, and ensure clients have timely updates and a positive experience with our firm.

The Client Services Specialist is often the first and most frequent point of contact for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication & Care
- Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and respond to emails with professionalism and empathy.
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, conducting compassionate intake interviews to gather necessary case information.
- Keep clients informed about case progress and promptly relay messages to the legal team.
- Administrative & Legal Support
- Open new cases, enter data into our case management system (Filevine), and ensure records are accurate and complete.
- Prepare, organize, and send correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Maintain digital and physical files in compliance with office procedures.
- Assist attorneys and case managers with scheduling, discovery, medical record requests, and case-related follow-ups.
- Office Support
- Oversee front desk duties, including mail, deliveries, and maintaining a welcoming reception area.
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings, depositions, and client appointments.
- Participate in community outreach efforts and firm events when needed.

- Previous experience in a law firm, medical office, or client service role preferred

We are based in Luling, Louisiana with easy access to I-310 and the entire metro area. We have a second office in Metairie.
