I am a dedicated legal support professional currently working as a Case Manager in the personal injury field, with previous experience as a Case Assistant and Customer Support Representative. My background has equipped me with strong communication, organization, and client care skills, allowing me to support both clients and legal teams effectively throughout the case process.
I am passionate about helping clients navigate challenging situations with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail. From managing client communication and coordinating medical records and billing to assisting with case progression and intake support, I take pride in ensuring that every client feels heard, supported, and informed.
What I enjoy most about my work is being able to make a positive impact during difficult times in a client’s life while contributing to a fast-paced and collaborative legal environment. My experience in customer service has also strengthened my ability to problem-solve, multitask, and maintain a calm and professional approach under pressure.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading and wellness activities such as Yoga that encourage balance and growth, which help me bring positive energy and dedication into everything I do.
