The Case Status mobile app is one of the ways we make the legal process easier and more transparent. Through the app, you can communicate directly with your team, receive updates, upload documents, and stay informed about your case wherever you are.
Messages sent through the portal are secure and protected, just like a phone call with our office. Bank-grade encryption sends your messages and documents directly from your phone into your case file, so they can be viewed by your entire team.
Download the Case Status App
You should have received a text message invitation when you became a client. If you cannot find the invitation, simply download the app using the links below and log in.
No password required. Just use the same cell phone number you provided to our office. We’ll send a verification code so you can securely access your account without having to remember another username or password.

Stay Connected to Your Case and Your Team
The fastest way to get updates, send documents, and communicate with your team.
Once you’re in, here’s what you can do:
- See what phase your case is in right now, with real-time updates when something moves.
- Watch videos from Loyd explaining the stage of your case and answering frequently asked questions.
- See “Your Team.” The names, roles, and direct phone numbers for the people working on your case. Save these contacts to your phone so you’ll recognize us when we call.
- Send messages that automatically attach to your file, so the whole team is in the loop.
- Complete tasks assigned by your team, such as uploading documents, insurance information, photos, or other items needed to move your case forward.
- Snap a photo of a bill, letter, or injury and upload it straight from your phone. No scanner needed.
- Give treatment updates as your care progresses.
- View documents we’ve shared with you.

How to Upload Documents
Many of the tasks we assign through the portal involve providing documents, photos, insurance information, or other records needed for your case.
To send documents securely through Case Status:
- Tap Send Message.
- Tap the camera icon 📸.
- Select Scan Document to scan directly with your phone, or choose Photo Library to upload an existing photo.
- Review the image to make sure the entire document is visible and easy to read.
- Send the message.

| A few practical notes: • Notifications: Turn on notifications so you don’t miss messages from your team. • Sending Documents: When uploading documents, make sure the entire page is visible and the text is clear and in focus. The Scan Document feature usually provides the best results. • Assigned Tasks: From time to time, your team may assign tasks through the portal’s checklist feature, usually to request documents or information we need for your case. Once you submit an item, it will remain marked as pending until a team member reviews it and marks it complete. If you submit something after business hours or on a weekend, please allow us time to review it on the next business day. • Having Trouble Logging In? Make sure you’re using the same cell phone number you provided to our office. If the number doesn’t match our records, you won’t be able to access your account. Contact your case manager if you need help. • If you get a new phone, reinstall the app: If you switch phones and don’t reinstall, you may miss messages from us. Call us if you need help getting back in. |
