Late at night on a rural highway near Leesville, Louisiana, a quiet trip turned into a nightmare. Our clients suffered serious physical injuries, including ankle fractures that required surgery and physical therapy, along with neck and back pain that forced them to miss work. They also endured the emotional loss of their pet. We recovered the full insurance policy limits for them, including damages related to their dog’s death.
