• Creating medical record request letters for facilities and individual specialists
• Determining which facilities or medical specialists have records that must be requested
• Sending requests to each facility and professional
• Following up to confirm receipt of requests and ensure timely responses
• Tracking responses, or lack of response, from each facility or provider
• Processing and organizing records as they are received
• Requesting, following up on, and collecting records from police departments, including crash reports and body worn camera footage
• Managing the final settlement phase of a case, including collecting liens and identifying all outstanding balances
• Negotiating lien reductions to help maximize the client’s recovery
• Finalizing insurance paperwork, including reviewing and coordinating the execution of settlement releases
• Preparing settlement statements so you know exactly how your funds are being disbursed

Marie has a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Resort, and Restaurant Management and many years of experience as a highly skilled customer service representative. Her background in customer service is a valuable asset in her role. She communicates clearly and professionally with medical providers, insurance companies, and agencies, helping move cases forward while keeping the client experience a priority.

Her ability to manage detailed tasks, stay organized, and follow through ensures that we gather the information needed to support each case and bring it to a proper close.

Family is very important to Marie. She enjoys spending time with her mother Emilia, her husband Vincent, and their three kids. When she is not at work, she enjoys eating out and traveling. She values time with family and friends and enjoys baking pastries, which she often shares with our community.
